You receive automatically a e-Mail with my bank account and excerpts of my AGB and terms of delivery. For the keeping of the period of 14 days, it is important that the entrance of the payment is determining within 14 days on my account and the payment by PayPal is finished in 7 days. Delivery time national 2-3 days if no weekend between them is. Internationally to the delivery times of DHL or DPD. With literature and likewise if accessories are not in stock, a delivery time of 8 days can occur.

Juergen Schultze guarantees a return right for not changed or decayable items within one month without data of reasons. The period begins at the earliest time with receipt of the items and this instruction. For keeping this right the punctual sending off of the items or the cancelling demand in the period is important. Depending upon kind of the preservation of the stamps, "spoiling" can result from not an intended use or unsuitable temporary storage. Those stamps can be quite integrated in individual cases in the rule of the perishable "goods". Here Juergen Schultze does not obligate a return right.
